  • 吐司 1 片(好市多 21 種穀物吐司)
  • 1 egg
  • 豆漿 40 ml(可用牛奶、燕麥奶替代)
  • 蜂蜜 適量
  • 魚鬆 適量
  • 大番茄 半顆


modus operandi

  1. 將雞蛋與豆漿打散成蛋液。
  2. 吐司雙面沾附蛋液。
  3. 平底鍋加少許油,加熱後放入吐司,煎至雙面金黃。
  4. 起鍋後淋上蜂蜜,撒上魚鬆與番茄片。
  5. 盛盤即可享用。
