I'm a Taiwanese nutritionist honed in the kitchens of Paris.
From clinical knowledge to Michelin's own field, we are even more convinced that nutrition and taste are not an option.
I like to use everyday ingredients, combined with legal techniques, to create simple, tasty, and long-lasting solutions for the table.

Here, I'd like to share some light recipes that I've made myself.
We will continue to share our recipes and plan for lectures, cooking classes, and multiple collaborations.

My goal is simple: to make it easy to "know how to eat, eat well, and eat for a long time", so that even busy you can eat good flavors that are truly comforting with the least amount of complexity.

I also offer seminars at monthly centers, combining professional nutrition with hands-on cooking, so that you can have a solid diet from postpartum to daily life.
